Are We Guaranteed To See A Ghost On The Tour?
We will not guarantee you to see a ghost, we have had lots of people who pick up images on their camera on our tours. Over more than a decade of doing tours in San Antonio we have had lots of our guest get freaked out by something they saw.
Is It Okay To Take Pictures On The Tour or Video Record The Tour?
We strongly recommend taking pictures as many as you would like! We do not allow video recording.
Do I Need To Make Reservations In Advance?
Yes! Our tours sell out from time to time during peak season and weekends.
Does The Tour Go On Rain or Shine?
Yes! We do continue our tours through rain or shine. If we do cancel the tour for severe weather we will notify all our guest and issue refunds.
How Far Is The Walking Distance?
The walking distance is a little under one mile.
What Is Your Reservation Cancellation Policy?
There is no refund policy but we will normally let you come on a different night.
Does The Tour Wait For Me If I Am Running Late?
We have to keep a schedule and make sure all of guest are not kept waiting. Our tours leave on time. No refunds are issued to people who are late and don’t make it in time for the tour.
Do You Offer A Military Discount?
Sure we do! It’s $2.00 of for active duty military with ID.
Do You Offer Group Pricing?
Yes! Groups of 10 or more are discounted $3.00 per person. you must call to make reservations 210-336-7831
Is The Ghost Tour Wheelchair Accessible?
It sure is!! An electric scooter is the easiest way to do it. Lots of our guest use the old fashion type as well.
Is The Ghost Tour Dog Friendly?
Yes! Our Ghost Tour is Dog Friendly.

Tour start time and price
Start time 9:00 pm* Walking distance is about one mile. Tour will last about 90 mintues.
Adults: $15 Children 5-14, $10 Groups of 10 or more are discounted $5 per person.
